Not a Law Firm — Important Disclaimer

Effective date: September 21, 2026 · Version 1.1

We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice

VUGA Enterprises LLC, operating IsMyBillWrong.com, is not a law firm, is not a lawyer, and is not a lawyer referral service. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation, and we do not take part in any legal proceeding on your behalf.

IsMyBillWrong is an AI service that audits medical bills for errors and generates dispute letters for a flat fee. It is a document-preparation and billing-advocacy service. The audits, findings, statute citations, and letters we produce are general information and self-help materials — not legal advice, and not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation.

No attorney-client relationship

Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and IsMyBillWrong or anyone working for it. Nothing you share with us is protected by attorney-client privilege. We cannot represent you, appear for you, or give you an opinion about your legal rights.

Self-help materials, prepared at your direction, sent in your name

Everything the Service produces is prepared at your direction and as a self-help tool. You are the author and sender of every dispute letter: you review it, decide whether to send it, and send it in your own name. We do not sign, send, or file anything for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the materials.

We select from fixed, pre-written letter templates and fill in the facts from your documents; the AI drafts only clearly-marked narrative sections, which are checked so they stay factual and in your voice and do not contain legal-advice language. We do not choose a legal strategy for you or tell you what the law means for your case.

When you should consult an attorney

Please talk to a licensed attorney in your state if any of the following applies:

• you have been sued, served with court papers, or have a court deadline;
• a debt has gone to litigation or judgment, or your wages or accounts are

threatened;

• you are considering bankruptcy, or the amount in dispute is large relative to

your finances;

• you believe your rights have been violated and you may want to bring a claim

(for example, under a debt-collection, credit-reporting, or surprise-billing law);

• you need advice about what the law requires in your specific circumstances; or
• anything about your matter feels beyond self-help correspondence.

Many communities have legal aid organizations and bar-association referral services that can help you find low-cost or free legal help.
